This will be a more comprehensive workshop than our 2 hour introductory classes. Spend a Sunday afternoon learning and practising verbal and physical responses to aggression and assault. We learn and apply good body mechanics to maximize our strength to get out of holds/grabs and chokes. We learn how and where to hit on an attacker's body, focusing on weaker more vulnerable body parts. We'll see how our framework of Awareness, Avoidance, Assertiveness and Action to assualt will help you access your many strengths.
